its skill just like damn to me.... level 2 can make a first blood.....
for me noobs like me the item that i prefer is

1. phase boots
2. vanguard
3. sceptor
4. heart of tarrasque
5. satanic
6. radiance
7. hood of deficience (upgraded to pipe at late game.

skill build

1. hook
2. rot
3. hook
4. rot
5. hook
6. dismear

get the skill 1 and 2 at the higher level to get wicked sick title

the combo i suggest

1. hook
2. rot and dismear

surely u will pawn some noobies...:D
